Product: Kronaby APEX Hybrid Smartwatch (43mm) Black Dial / Brown Italian Leather Strap S0729/1

Very happy with my purchase and with the help of Rowland on customer service managed to get it up and running. 1 star off as the strap is not incredible but overall so far very happy only 5 days in though.

Product: Garmin Quick Release Strap (20mm) Light Sand Silicone / Rose Gold Hardware - Strap Only 010-13114-02

I needed a new strap for my Garmin Venu SQ watch and you were able to provide one very quickly and at a great price. Ordering through Garmin would’ve meant waiting up to 8 weeks so I was so pleased to come across your website in my online search. Thank you very much. Highly recommended and I will definitely remember you for future purchases.

Product: Tissot PRX Quartz (35mm) Green Sunray Dial / Stainless Steel Bracelet T1372101108100

Excellent watch, pictures don't do it justice. The green dial is stunning - a very underrated colour. Service from FCW was excellent. I made an offer to purchase the watch for £260 and they were very quick and kind enough to accept it. I placed the order at 2pm and the watch arrived at 10am the next day. In addition, all my requests were fulfilled; the bracelet was adjusted to my wrist size and the correct date and time was set. Will definitely use FCW again in the future.

Product: Squale Master Titanium 120 ATM (42mm) Black "Sandwich" Dial / Titanium Bracelet + Black Tropic Strap Watch MASTIBKBK.TI20

Lovely looking watch. Lightness makes it ideal as a daily. Lume excellent and lasts at least 8hrs. Love the retro “old radium” colour in daylight (green in the dark). Excellent service from First Class Watches.
