Product: Hamilton Khaki Field Mechanical *Sonic the Hedgehog - 2020* (38mm) Black Dial / Green NATO Strap Watch H69439931

I’ve had enough of being a slave to big tech telling me sleep scores and trying to notify me things I don’t need to know about all day and decided to go back to a mechanical watch.

A weight has been lifted and this watch is beautiful. It’s well made, comfortable and tells me the time - which is all I need.

Also, I really enjoy that it needs winding every couple of days.

Product: Garmin Fenix 9 Pro 47mm Premium GPS Smartwatch - Carbon Grey DLC Titanium Black/Pebble Grey Silicone Watch 010-04336-16

You run a great company, very efficient, and what customers like most is communication and being able to speak to a person, which I did.
I’d certainly recommend first class watches to a friend.

Bought as a present for my niece who loves the watch. Not my first purchase from FCW and won't be my last. Great company to deal with

Product: Hamilton Khaki Field Quartz (38mm) Navy Blue Dial / Stainless Steel Bracelet H69401140

I’ve just received my new Hamilton and couldn’t be happier. The service from First Class Watches was exceptional. The watch wasn’t in stock but was received much earlier than expected. They sized the bracelet and it fits perfectly. The watch itself is the perfect “grab and go” and I would not hesitate to use First Class Watches again. Thank you

Product: Mondaine Classic 36 Mm Day Date | Black Vegan Grape Strap | White Dial A667.30314.11SBBV

A First-Class Experience from start to finish

I couldn't be happier with my experience with First Watches. The ordering process was easy, communication updates were excellent and the whole transaction was smooth and straightforward.

I am really pleased with my watch just what I wanted. However, I needed to return my watch to exchange it for one with a smaller face, and the process couldn't have been easier. Everything was handled so simply and efficiently, making the whole experience stress free.

From start to finish, the service really did feel like first class! I would highly recommend First Class Watches to anyone looking for great products and excellent customer service.
